Online Clients Payment Procedure
This section is only applicable to online clients. Clients that we meet in person will most likely pay by check.
First step, 50% payment of the agreed upon price
Currently Renowned Media only accepts payments via paypal.com. Renowned Media’s email address used for paypal transactions is tlhunter@gmail.com.
Second step, website development
Renowned Media will then begin to develop the web application based on the specifications provided by the client. Throughout this process we will show you snapshots of the developing product. If the product does not appear to be developing in the way envisioned by the client, adjustments can be made. (Screenshots are watermarked.)
Third step, final payment
Once a final snapshot has been displayed to the client and the client decides that the product is complete, the second half of the agreed to price will be transferred to Renowned Media.
Fourth step, product transfer
Once the funds have been secured, the product will be transferred to the client in the agreed to manner.

* As database development can vary from simple systems to highly complex systems using dozens of database tables, we cannot post a generic price quote.
** A simple or complex website doesn't refer to how many pages it uses, instead it refers to the complexity of the programming involved. For example a site with thousands of normal information pages is simple but a site that graphs stock trends over the last 9 months and makes predictions would be complex.
*** Data entry consists of copying information from an old site to a new one, converting word documents to PDFs, using an OCR program on printed documents or any other tedious/repetetive tasks which can be outsourced.
