This tool is for Internet Explorer 7 and behaves like a mashup between the two Firefox tools, Web Developer Toolbar and Firebug. It doesn’t appear to be as powerful as the two, but it does provide a nice amount of web developing goodies for the browser.
Do you have Internet Explorer 8 installed? Press F12, a similar application is already built in.
